Jay Eldred, Clio customer service expert and army reservist, is trading in his steel-toed work boots for combat boots as he returns to active military duty.  Instead of enjoying snowmobiling in northern Michigan this winter as planned, he will be trying to stay cool in the 110 degree Iraqi weather. When asked why he volunteers for the National Guard, Jay does not mince words: “Duty; service—I need to serve my country.” Jay will return in June 2009, but in the meantime our thoughts and prayers are with him.
