Tom entered the swimming pool industry in the mid-1980’s, but soon found his niche was working with spas. After sevral years of experience as a service manager, Tom decided to branch out with his own spa service company in 1997. Last year Tom came on board with Quality Pool Supply, and he came with a mission—to make Quality a spa industry leader.

While we’ve always prided ourselves on being first in swimming pool distribution, Tom has been working hard over the past year to make Quality a one-stop shop for all your spa needs as well. This includes everything from top-notch customer service and technical support to a broader product offering for spas. Tom is looking forward to working with Midwest spa dealers and service technicians over the next year to prove Quality’s commitment to being the best in our industry—whether you work on pools, spas, or both. One place you are likely to appreciate Tom’s handy-work is in the revamped and expanded spa section of Quality’s 2007 Catalog, which will be released in late March.

Tom lives in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area, and enjoys fishing and coaching football in his spare time.
